
TRAIL invites the public to attend “Closing the Gap: Healthspan vs. Lifespan,” a FREE, five-part seminar series taking place throughout the month of October.
Each Thursday afternoon session will explore how improved health habits and recent medical breakthroughs can increase our chances of living longer and with better quality of life as we age.
The series will launch at 12:30 PM on Thursday, Oct. 2, with lead-off remarks from UI Head Women’s Basketball Coach Jan Jensen. Note that the opening session also includes lunch. All subsequent sessions begin at 1 PM.
