Join Craig Wright, Supervisory Archivist for the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library, to learn about the lives of two important Iowan luminaries: Herbert and Lou Hoover.

Explore the lives of the Hoovers through photographs and film clips which illustrate their years of adventure as world travelers, philanthropists, President and First Lady, and service after the Presidency.

Presented by the State Historical Society, the Iowa History 101 webinars share Iowa stories and the history of the state through a cultural history lens on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.

Registration is required for each event and to receive a link to the recorded program.
