Interested in learning how to preserve all those old film and photo memories stacked up in your closet? Join Iowa City Public Library staff for a tour of the library's Digital Media Lab, with a focus on the equipment for digitizing VHS tapes, audio cassettes, 8mm or Super 8 film, Mini DV, slides, photos, and negatives. You'll see demonstrations and have time to ask your questions!
The Digital Media Lab is for self-directed projects, but during the tour we'll talk about your interests, provide a starting point for any particular project you have in mind.
