North on Dubuque to Foster Road (before I 80)
Turn left and drive up the hill and past the Elks golf course on the left—go over 2 speed bumps and turn left on Swisher Street. Drive to the end of the street and turn left into the parking lot. My condo is the first on left on first floor with an outside entrance, a number sign in window and 2 grey chairs on the little porch. On-street and parking lot (south of building)
