The League of Women Voters Johnson County (LWVJC) is hosting three legislative forums this winter with a focus on Education (Jan. 27), Healthcare (Feb. 24), and Public Safety (March 30).
Each forum will open with local legislators sharing important information about what they are working on in Des Moines. The LWVJC will then ask a question to get things started. The floor will then be opened up to anyone in attendance to ask a question. Questions are limited to one minute in length.
All three forums will be held from 9:30-11:30 AM in the Assembly Room at the Iowa City Senior Center, 28 S Linn St, Iowa City, IA 52240 and may also be viewed live on the https://www.facebook.com/LWVJCIA/
