I cannot imagine there are any among us who do not know of the artist Vincent Van Gogh and immediately bring an image to mind of several of his famous paintings. Beyond Van Gogh is an immersive exhibition of 300 of his masterpieces freed from their frames and enlarged to wall size so that you literally are in the field of sunflowers or the starry night--a truly unique experience!

This is all possible because TRAIL has purchased 8 tickets for us to attend as a group at a reserved time and date. You will need to reimburse TRAIL for your ticket; there will be the additional cost of lunch and $5 to your driver for gas and parking. The cost for this event is $36 to be reimbursed to TRAIL, plus the cost of your lunch and $5 for your driver. Please either mail a check to TRAIL, at 28 S. Linn St., #301, Iowa City 52240 - or have a check made out to TRAIL to give to Bob when we meet to carpool. If you are unable to register because we are at capacity, please contact Bob, at bob@trailofjohnsoncounty.org, to be added to a waiting list. If we get enough and can still get more tickets, we will try to add another car. We will meet in the old HyVee parking lot on N. Dodge Street at 9:00 AM. We have an 8 passenger van that we will be taking. The driver (Bob) will have the tickets. There is a parking garage near the River Center.
