Coralville is one of the most diverse cities in the state. Among its vibrant communities, Asian American make up 9.4% of the population, or approximately 2,120 residents.
The Coralville Asian Festival is dedicated to creating and sustaining an inclusive, welcoming, and a safe space where neighbors can connect positively and celebrate the contributions of our Asian community to the rich cultural fabric of Coralville and the broader Johnson County.
This annual family-friendly festival aims to promote Asian cultures and provide educational experiences, fostering a more supportive, diverse community and encouraging openness to equity and equality across our city and county. Through this meaningful cultural exchange, organizers aspire to build a stronger, kinder community.
