Are you ready if the unexpected happens? Gain the tools and confidence to protect yourself and your loved ones in this interactive emergency preparedness workshop.
Presenter Nick Ostrem will share simple, practical steps to prepare for natural disasters and everyday emergencies—from building an effective emergency kit to creating a clear family communication plan and understanding the resources available right here in our community.
You’ll also learn how to create an emergency support network—and begin building one of your own—so the people in your life are ready to support you when it matters most. You’ll leave feeling more prepared, more confident, and equipped with actionable steps you can put into place right away.
Want to take it a step further? On May 21 and 26, participants can sign up for a personalized 60- to 90-minute session with a trained Disaster PrepWise specialist to create a customized disaster plan tailored to your household.
