One Book Two Book Children’s Literature Festival
About this event
This annual celebration of children's literature from the Iowa City UNESCO City of Literature and the Iowa City Public Library features author appearances, a book fair, workshops, crafts, story times, and a celebration of student writing, all free and open to the public.
The big day is Saturday, Feb. 21, with events from 10 AM to 3 PM at FilmScene at The Chauncey. On Sunday, Feb. 22, the community is invited to the Write Out Loud Student Award Ceremony at Macbride Hall from 1-2 PM.
