About this event
This Iowa City Senior Center presentation by death doula and healthy aging expert Mary McCall is designed to provide basic information about the various types of dementia that a person might have.
Mary will address how forms of dementia are similar and different, what different stages might be, what questions can be asked of health care providers, what supports can be explored, and how to anticipate caregiving and support challenges.
If you, a friend, or loved one are experiencing dementia, or you simply want to learn more about this increasingly prevalent condition, this session will provide timely and valuable information.
