Hearing Loss and Amplification
About this event
Do you or a loved one have a hearing loss? The Iowa City Senior Center invites you to attend this two-hour event to learn about hearing and hearing loss, tinnitus, hearing aids (prescription, over-the-counter, etc.), and cochlear implants.
Your frequent communication partners are welcomed. The presenters also will introduce some communication strategies to practice together. Bring your questions about hearing loss or amplification.
This session will be led by University of Iowa Audiology graduate student clinicians and Eun Kyung (Julie) Jeon, AuD/PhD, a clinical assistant professor.
