Holly Hotchkiss
Holly Hotchkiss is owner of Transition Resources, an Iowa City company (and TRAIL service provider!), which specializes in downsizing and de-cluttering, senior relocating, and realtor and estate sale assistance. Holly will be presenting her tips and tricks for managing your downsizing projects. She'll present a plan for starting your own project, discuss a reasonable timeline, and offer some resources for finding the right place for your things.

Holly Hotchkiss took ownership of Transition Resources in 2015 after five years of working with Ann Donahue, its previous owner. Her background in accounting and non-profit management gives her a focused perspective when planning and executing projects. “I love strategic planning, whether it’s for moving an organization forward or moving a family closer to their estate disposition goals.” Holly’s patient approach to helping clients downsize and move comes from years of helping people let go of treasures. A former consignment store owner, she knows that there is always someone else who will give a happy second life to treasured things.
