In this Iowa City Senior Center event, presenter Mary McCall will share international perspectives (US, Sweden, Japan, and Israel) on senior care and quality of life.
She will describe how policies to provide housing and care to older adults are arranged based on cultural values, and the various roles of government, civil society, and the private market. Changes that have and are happening in the different countries will be discussed, as well as what we in the U.S. might learn from other countries.
